Dear Holly Heights Families,
As we prepare for the anticipated relocation of the Holly Heights Elementary School program back to its home building, we have made several necessary adjustments to our school calendar to ensure the transition is as smooth and efficient as possible.
To support the moving process and allow our staff ample time to prepare classrooms and learning spaces, December 15–19 and December 22 will now be early dismissal days for Holly Heights Elementary School only.
Please note that Latchkey and Club 21 services will continue to operate on these days, beginning at the early dismissal time and running through their regular end time. There will be no additional cost to families for this temporary extension of services.
As previously planned for all Millville Public Schools, December 23rd will remain an early dismissal day districtwide prior to the start of Winter Break.
Additionally, we have updated the schedule for students’ return in January. Monday, January 5th, 2026 has now been designated as a Staff Development Day, with no school for students. This dedicated day will provide Holly Heights staff members with the time needed to set up classrooms and finalize preparations for welcoming students back into the building.
We want to sincerely thank all Holly Heights families for your patience, flexibility, and understanding throughout this relocation process. Your support has been vital as we work to ensure that the Holly Heights home building is safe, ready, and welcoming for our return.
